Abstract

A field experiment on the relative efficacy of botanical and biopesticides against Carpomyia vesuviana Costa on ber was conducted in 2021-22, The results revealed that Spinosad45 SC was most effective, followed by azadirachtin 0.03 EC and NSKE (5%) whereas, Neem oil and Karanj oil were least effective. The treatment of Beauveria bassiana 1.15 WP and Metarhizium anisopliae 1.15 WP were found moderately effective against ber fruit fly.
